 |  I really appreciate Denise for taking care of us, and the great communication from her in regards to renewals, maintenance request follow ups, and general questions/inquiries. Terry, who is the lead Maintenance guru, is also super knowledgeable and friendly, and is quick to respond to maintenance requests as well. Both persons are easy to be around, and work hard to make Parkview Towers as good as it can be for us tenants. Recently, all of the laundry equipment in the wash room was replaced with brand new machines, and the landscape plus outside lounge/grill area completely re-done; it looks awesome. Will will miss Parkview Towers when we finally move on to the next stage in our lives, which will be outside of Denver, and have built fond memories of this place over the last 2+ years. Please consider this review, as it is coming from a person who is very genuine in their remarks. While others may not have had the best time (based on their reviews), I believe you get what you put in, and they may not have been the best tenants either. Yes there can be difficulties, but that is true of any apartment space. You can do a whole lot worse than Parkview Towers. It is nestled in a quiet area of the City, near several parks, shopping, and along Hwy 285. There is also a full scale hospital and ER basically across the street (a few blocks north; ~ 5-10min walk). Last, there are no hidden fees, and the deposit is very manageable.  | I’m so happy I found these apartments! They are good value for the price, very clean and secluded And the property manager Kimberly is amazing! She is so nice and does everything she can to help tenants! She is wonderful asset to this rental company and is one of the main reasons I decided to go through with a lease at park view towers! |
 | Great place to live. The manager, Rob, is always friendly and very helpful. Maintenance responds to inquiries day-of or next-day at the latest. Building was recently renovated and looks tremendous. We locked down a good rate and couldn't be happier. |
